Let’s talk about eyes. Eye makeup, eye lashes, everything. I believe that when doing makeup, the eyes are SO important.

First let’s talk lashes. Lash care is just as important as the rest of your skincare. For example, don’t go to sleep without making sure there isn’t a single trace of eyeliner or mascara left. Mostly because of eye infections, but also because your eyelashes will fall off if they are left with clumps of mascara on them. Make sure you use a good lash serum, or something to protect and nourish your eyelashes. My absolute favs are:

• Maybelline lash sensation boosting serum
• The Ordinary lash serum
• Castor oil
• Vaseline

Now let’s talk fakes. Personally, I don’t use fake eyelashes, but I know a lot of people who do. I think that they only look good if they look near to natural or natural. I’m not a fan of the really big ones, I think they look too fake, but I do think they look very good on some people. Lash lifts are great, I am a massive fan of these, but am a bigger fan of mascara. My top 3 mascaras have got to be:

• Maybelline sky high mascara
• Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Pull Up Lashes mascara
• L’Oréal Telescopic mascara

Now let’s talk eyeliner. I can’t do winged eyeliner if my life depended on it. I really wish I could but I can’t. I just use pencil eyeliner, usually in black or brown (usually brown because it makes my green eyes pop) and just put in on my waterline. Sometimes if I’m feeling bold I do a little wing on the inner corner of my eye but that’s as far as I’ll go! I love a really good eye makeup job. I love bold colours, especially if it matches the outfit, or jewellery.
