Healthy eating habits
Healthy eating is the big main thing you can do to stay healthy, inside and out. So I’m going to share some top tips on healthy eating!:
- Drink 2 litres of water a day. Most people already know this one, but trust me, it helps everything. It helps with clear skin, softer hair, soft lips, less headaches, and prevents illnesses. It is so important to drink water!!! I recently got a 2L water bottle that I love, I’ll put a link at the bottom of the page!
- Try not to snack on unhealthy things. Of course it’s okay to have a snack every now and then, just make sure it’s not too bad for you! It’s fine to have a sugary snack, but make sure it isn’t a regular thing, this way it’s more of a treat too. - Don’t eat too little or too much, and eat slowly. This is really important. If you have a good, nutritious breakfast, lunch and dinner, you are so much less likely to want to snack in between.
- Make sure your meals are healthy. Most people when they think of healthy food just think of salads, which is definitely not all there is! There are so many delicious healthy meal recipes, again, if you can’t find any, email me!
